Hardware specifications
Minimum Required
Pentium PIV 1.8 GHz processor with 512 Mb RAM and at least 60 Mb free hard disk space. Multimedia sound is needed for alarm application. A printer for printing application. A colour printer is needed for differential printing. Key Board, Mouse, Colour Monitor with SVGA grade resolution of 1,024 X 768 pixel. CD drive will be needed during installation. Serial Ports and USB ports as per affiliated hardware.
Reading
Pristine can read the analogue channels or Serial Ports. The analogue channels can be read using an A/D converter card or using USB based A/D devices. Drivers are available or can be developed. The analogue cannels can be voltage or 4 - 20 mA loop. The Serial Ports can be RS 232 or RS 485. Protocol for read out can be any standard one like MODBUS or it can be any customised one. Many drivers for the protocol are built in. However it can be developed as per customer need.
Pristine comes in two versions. Central Station and Local Station. A Central Station can read out all the local stations on fixed time (polling mode) or can be continuous. The read out cannel can be a direct connection, Public Switching Telephone Network or GSM mobile network
Writing
Pristine can write the data by selection to any type of bill board (Display) The various drivers are already developed and if needed then can be developed if needed. The control can be achieved using any PC based Digital Output cards or USB based digital output cards.
In Pristine local station the data can be sent over to the central station on direct connection, Public Switching Telephone Network or GSM mobile network

Security
There are two user levels, they are password protected. User level can read and operate the software while administration level can configure the system
Reports
Various reports are available. They include various averages, historical data, trends, statistical analysis, Wind rose, poll rose and standard government format reports. Reports can be customised. As well as they are exported in standard CSV (Comma Separated Value) format which can be read any any software.
